Public forums such as music festivals are being explored. Artists from North America, Europe, or other regions, will be invited to perform in Kazakstan. These festivals may feature multi-ethnic performances, or be strictly performances by one group of people. They may be small, private performances, or take place at national-level events.

Likewise, opportunities to enable Kazak artists to travel to North America, Europe, or other areas, will be explored. Appropriate festivals in other places will be examined to determine if they would benefit from including Kazak or other Central Asia artists.

Books fairs, poetry readings, author visits, and the like, will be considered. These would take place on a lower public level than larger festivals, and thus likely be easier to arrange.

Other events will be considered which will provide a forum for artists, musicians, singers, dancers, painters, writers, and other artists and those interested in the arts to meet together in informal contexts, thereby fostering closer personal and professional relationships.
